The salesman was very nice and thorough. The installer was very friendly but I did find caulk on my bed post - not a normal item we have in the bedroom. Really the only thing I don't like is that I haven't seen a difference is the coldness that seeps in.
Arrived 1 hour later than announced. This was due to Champion staff not being at warehouse for installer. With that the installer was very efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. The installation was very professional. Only complaint would be a very small hole poked into a screen. My wife noticed a couple days after installation while cleaning.
The team arrived on time with all the right materials and equipment to perform the job. They were courteous, observed COVID protocol, covered the floors during install, removed all excess debris and materials and completed the install of six (6) windows in under 4 hours, which included a demonstration on how they worked, how to clean and the warranty.
