Martin Marler was the sales person. Ordered 10/28/2020. Installed 01/11/2021. Alex was the installer. Alex did an excellent job installing the windows. The new windows look awesome. Inspected the windows on 01/13/2021. Found one screen damaged (torn screen). Informed Alex and Martin. As of 01/19/2021, no one has contacted me about replacement of the damaged screen.
Mark Mitchell came out tonight to give us an estimate on changing our screen room into a patio room. He did a great job explaining the process, and we purchased the patio room. Very professional and great customer service. Looking forward to our new room
Quality, and workmanship of champion windows are great. The customer service needs work. They leave you hanging, not knowing what is going on. No communication. The installation was ok, but the worker did not show up when he said he would. No call.

Matt Parker came out this evening and worked with us on new windows for our home. We have some very large and difficult windows to replace but Matt did an excellent job working with us through options of what is best for our home. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
We have order pending with them since October 2020. We have been calling them, emailing them to understand scheduling for installation etc. So far no updates. Absolutely disaster experience and still no idea when installation will happen. Unfortunately, we paid upfront down payments.
We purchased our Champion windows a couple years ago, We loved our windows, but there are a couple of them that needs repair, I have tried to put a work order on the computer with no response back, Also I called the office, and spoke to a women several months ago, she said they would call us to set up a time to come out, Never did, So I love our windows, but not sure how good they get back to you if they need repaired
We had multiple companies come out and give us a quote on closing in our back porch. Champion was not only the best price we received but they warranty their work and the workmanship was impeccable. The installer that came was friendly and neat and clean. The sales rep explained everything to me ahead of time and also gave me an estimated install date. Much to our surprise they came out weeks ahead of time and did the job in one day. We are more than happy and will definitely refer Champion to others that are looking for a reputable respectful company. We love our room and enjoy sitting out there all the time. Thank you
