Was thinking of new windows but after a friend Paid over $20,000.00 deposit to Champion windows and siding in September 2020 and THEY cancelled their contract just before Christmas because they bid the job wrong!!! Now they have to hire a lawyer to get their money back.
Absolutely horrible! We signed a contract for siding and gutters in September 2020. They called a week before Christmas to say they wouldn’t honor the contract because they bid it too low! Now they won’t answer phone calls or emails so that we can get our deposit of 20,000.00$ back!!!! Had to hire an attorney.
From start to finish Champion was professional in every way. We very much appreciated the integrity of the whole process. There was no pressure to "buy today or the offer will not stand"The windows actually arrived several weeks earlier than expected . We were thrilled. The installers were top notch and very proficient in their work. The quality of the windows stand far above the rest. We are very happy that we chose Champion.

I love, love, love my new windows from Champion Windows. I chose to have windows replaced in the kitchen, eat-in area and den. The technicians were pleasant and professional, arrived on time as stated and worked all day until the job was complete. I have received many compliments from family members. Now on sunny days, the natural light through my windows make the rooms sparkle! When strong winds come outdoors, I don’t have any wind or rain seeping through like with the old windows. I am very pleased with my purchase. It’s the best gift I could have given to me and my family! Oh, and a special shout out to Pedro who scheduled all of my appointments!!Thank you Champion Windows for a job well done! ❤️
