I had an appointment confirmed via email and by phone but nobody showed up ... I waited in an empty house for more than 2 hours!I called and left a message because nobody was in office (6pm)... no one has ever called back to apologize or explain! Too bad, I had 32 windows to do that someone else will do.
We have been trying for WEEKS to get a call back from someone there. Now, in addition to NOT returning calls, and NOT being able to get thru to someone, their voicemail says "we are no longer doing service calls" and hangs up on you. We have a LIFETIME warranty, and you guys are behaving quite poorly.
