Can not win anything over 100$. Have tried a hundred times and nothing ever big enough to cash out just down right junk . Also it’s one of those sites that you get a pretend lucky last spin right before your almost out of money so they make you think but what if.. happened a good hand full of of times and that screams scam
Really great interface. They have some fun challenges. Good promotions too. I haven't cashed out yet so I can't speak to that. I will update if I ever do. Would be even better if they added more providers, had some in-house games, or upped their faucet. Its only 0.30
I am a Gold VIP Member of Chanced. I have been playing at Chanced for around 2 years. And for the third time I'm having an issue with redemption. During a redemption, I received an error code. My SC was deducted from my balance, but I never received it I have sent around 13 emails over the last week and a half, and have not received a reply. When the error happened, I received an automated email saying there was an error. I have screenshot that email and sent on probably 8 of the emails. As much of my hard earned money and as much time as I spend on their site. I shouldn't ever have a problem reaching someone.
Chances casino is really stepping up with giving superior service. Chewy hands down is the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with at any online casino and I play a lot of them. Worst platform out there! I literally spun over 100 spins and no bonus. I did not buy in, I won 2.00 on a livestream and got up to 33.00 and could not get a bonus if my life depended on it. I have played probably every Social Casino site there is and I would never recommend this platform. Very tight slots beware
The other day there was a promo 4.99 for six and then I looked at my email and I had an offer 4.99 for 10 and I had to use a promo code in order for it to apply which I did. After paying I was only credited 6 dollars. I immediately contacted support informing them and sending screen shots and was told maybe u played a game without knowing which was false and I showed them the time between my purchase and contacting them which was literally 3 min. Then they tried to tell me that the promo expired which was false I had just gotten it. I still was never credited nothing even with showing proof of everything. So clearly customer satisfaction doesn’t matter regardless whether you can provide Proper documentation. And then they just quit replying to me.
I have been playing at Chanced for about a year, just building up the daily SC and then playing when it's a decent amount. I am verified but have not cashed out yet. I do finally have enough SC to withdraw so I will edit my review to add the Chanced cash out experience after I do so. But yea so far so good!
