3 strikes, I’m out! 1) The shipment took several weeks to arrive but I did receive constant emails to the point of annoyance stating that it was received, processing, shipped, en route, STILL en route, etc. 2) The product quality is terrible. Thin, scratchy material, not high quality at all. 3) The return process was infuriating. I knew and understand that I would need to pay return shipping. What they don’t disclose is that, if you attempt to return, they will try to talk you out of it. After my first email, I was told that it is very expensive to ship back to their distributor in Asia but they could contact their stateside place and see if there are better quality options for replacement. Hmmm… then why wasn’t I shipped higher quality from the US to begin with? My response was politely no, please process a refund. Continued pushback and I was then offered a 20% discount and could keep the three items. Again, no thanks, please refund minus shipping. I was then offered the same thing again, stating that the return cost of shipping, clearing customs, etc. would be high. I highly doubt that the shipping cost would be anywhere near the $120 I paid. However, frustrated with the difficulty, I gave in after the third attempt and received my $24 refund a few days later. The three items are in my Goodwill donation pile.

REFUND NIIGHTMARE…

I ordered multiple sweaters from this company in October and that turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE. The day I received the order, in October, I was disappointed with the quality of the product and started my return. That started my CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHMARE. They will not issue a FULL refund per there website and have offered 20% of the purchased price and suggested that I give away the sweaters to a family member or friend. This is absurd and totally unacceptable.I have reached out several times and with NO help. I am looking for a TOTALLY REFUND and not to Keep the product. They are the ones that sourced there warehouse overseas. I will never purchase anything from them again. THIS experience has been totally frustrating and disappointing. BUYER BEWARE.Shelagh M.

This is a review for Susan and Mary Charleston, I whole heartedly agree with everyone else that wrote a review, not a company you want to deal with. While mine ended up a little differently than some did, it was an uphill battle. Took over 3 weeks to get shoes. Also, I noticed an “international fee” that I got charged for. So I emailed them, there was no other way to reach them, and sent a screenshot. Told them there was no mention of this and I wanted my money back. Was a small amount but it was the principal of it. Finally got that back. I also questioned about that, there certainly is no mention of your items coming from overseas on their site. Also my tracking info mentioned either China or Hong Kong, wasn’t hard to figure out just by their symbols and other things. So that sent a red flag to me. So when I finally got my item, as others have said, the shoes weren’t even a box, just a bag. When I open it the “toxic chemical smell” could have knocked you down. I knew if it was that strong that it wasn’t good to be around. I had to put them out in my garage. I knew I wouldn’t ever be able to wear them. So the process with them started. They offered at first maybe 20% back and they really stress how expensive it could be to send back. They really don’t want the items back. So we played what felt like “let’s make a deal”, haggling back and forth. Then 30% next, then 40%, then 50%. All the while I kept reminding them I couldn’t use the item because of that toxic chemical smell and it was unacceptable and that is wasn’t good for their business and that I would be posting a review. While I didn’t get all my money back, I got more than half but I really had to push them. They claim they want you to be happy, well I am not happy, I have shoes I can’t wear and am still out money. So BEWARE, if you don’t want a struggle on your hands, don’t order. I should have known better. I came across them on Facebook and had not ever heard of them!!!!!

The quality was beyond poor

The quality was beyond poor. It did not look like advertised and is sized very small. They do not accept returns...in that if you want to return a thin small dress they want to charge you $22.00+ to return the $22 dress. When you call to return they will offer you a replacement for "free" or a 10% return. I told them I did not want the item because it does not fit and does not look like the item. So I had to throw it away. Sad. Dont waste your money.

Checking out

Checking out, I was offered a lower discount. However, it was for the same item, which was unclear. I immediately tried to notify them of the mistake, and it was "too late" to stop the order. Now they are saying it will cost me more to return the duplicate item. Note that you cannot get in touch with them via phone, only email. Buyer beware.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham. They do not provide a refund on the items you purchase if the items do not fit. They want to negotiate with you. They tell you to keep the item that does not fit and want you to order another item to replace it. Huh? What???

Just don't

Size chart not reliable, fabric is of very poor quality, color was not as pictured or noted. Several emails sent over past two weeks with no response. Vendor uses Charleston SC to market but has nothing to do with Charleston, they are China based. Oh and the deceptive discount when ordering caused me to purchase the dress twice in error. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The image of the dress was great, however the dress itself is of very poor quality and it does not seem to be made using apparel fabric. I am still trying to get resolution, and my position is that the “30 day money back guarantee” is useless. I was offered the opportunity to exchange for a different dress and pay shipping and handling. No thanks.
