This website is A COMPLETE SCAM! Beware and avoid at all costs. I wish I did my research on these deceitful scammers before paying for a year subscription.They advertise they are providing chat gpt 4o service and this is why I purchased it. The chatbot is not chatgpt 4o because you can ask it directly. It responds saying it is BASED on chatgpt. It is not the same thing. Chatbot app AI is complete crap compared to chatgpt 4. It will only give you simple superifical responses with little to no in depth analysis. Basically you’ll get a goolge search type AI response. This is false advertising so how are they able to get away with this? All you have to do is download chatgpt (from open AI on google play) FOR FREE which is worth way more than chatbotapp despite its own limitations for free users. The responses you get with chatbotapp DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to chat gpt 4 or chat gpt 4o (turbo). Check a response in chatbotapp (their free version) and compare with chatgpt (open AI), its a night and day difference. Also chatbotapp state they do not have any limits on the service yet the chatbot clearly has a response word count limit, and won't give responses over 2000 words. They are advertising services to get users to pay which they fail to deliver and then refuse refunds. That's fraud plain and simple.Not to mention they use AN EXTREMELY similar logo to openAI in order to mislead people into thinking they are getting chatgpt4. What you will actually get is equivalent to Google search AI which is obviously free. It doesn't compare to the real thing which again they claim they are providing.Chatbotapp also refused a refund like others have stated as well by writing that their arbitrary 10 messages were exceeded so they cannot give the refund, because they are providing a garbage product and have no other way to maintain their business which is completely illegitimate.I'm honestly surprised that paddle is still affiliated with such a shady business and is processing their transactions, its disappointing quite frankly. Chatbotapp is completely dishonest in how they advertise their services and don't deliver on their promises. And paddle does not hold them responsible and continues to process these scammers transactions. The invoice on the paddle website is also very suspicious in that it doesn't show how much you paid and if the service is recurring or not. I wish I could attach screenshots to evidence all of this.They make it difficult to cancel the subscription as well. Despite the fact that I followed their instructions to cancel, it still says payment recurring. Given that chatbotapp is deceitful in its advertising practices I would not be surprised if they tried to bill me again. I cannot seem to remove my card information from the website either. If I need to I will replace my card and make sure the bank cancels the Direct Debit, which I also did myself, but I really should not have to go out of my way like this. It's a bit ridiculous but we need to protect ourselves from these scammers. Please don't waste your time, money and energy like I did, avoid these parasites at all cost.
This is a scam ! Pay attention as it looks like ChatGpt but it's fake ! For the moment either Chatbotapp or Paddle do not want to proceed to the refund as I sent requests, 2 hours while I couldn't believe ChatGPT PRO was so poor, then I understood it was a scam ! Let’s report them massively to our respective consumer protection and fraud prevention agencies. Il y a plein d'avis en anglais, français et autres langues, sur trustpilot et reddit, de personnes arnaquées.

I cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with this so-called "AI service." They charged me a whopping $59.99 for a yearly subscription, claiming I would get access to "ChatGPT Pro features." Spoiler alert: it's a blatant lie! What they offer is nowhere near the quality or functionality of ChatGPT Pro. In fact, their AI is a pathetic knockoff that fails to deliver even basic responses half the time.To make matters worse, they deliberately use a logo that mimics ChatGPT's to trick customers into believing they’re signing up for something legitimate. It’s not only misleading, it’s a calculated scam targeting unsuspecting users.The cherry on this disgusting scam cake? I emailed them less than an hour after subscribing, requesting a refund. Guess what they told me? No refund, because I "used the service and exceeded the limits." Are you kidding me? ONE HOUR of testing your broken AI apparently equals a commitment to 365 days of misery? Unbelievable. Their “refund policy” is a joke designed to rip people off and ensure no one gets their money back, no matter how awful their service is.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
