I had to click on one star because its mandatory. I wouldn't give them any stars. Would not recommend.paid for an annual subscription but was never able to use it across devices. Contacts support muliple time.Asked for a refund and no response.Nothing but absolute disappointment. Avoid at all costs
This is a warning about Chatbot App. I paid for an annual subscription, but my access never changed from the free version. After uploading just a few photos, I was repeatedly blocked with messages saying I’d reached limits and regularly told to “slowdown cowboy” making the paid service unusable.Asking even simple questions took a long time, and the answers often didn’t clearly explain the basic steps needed. It felt like the system struggled to properly understand and respond to straightforward requests, which made it frustrating and a waste of time.Support requests ignored, and my account cancelled with no refund offered. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before paying for this app.
This company is so frustrating, they make me pray for the extinction of all life in the universe. Please God, if you exist, let our sun supernova and incinerate the earth. Please God put me through a wood chipper, so I no longer ever have any experience with this company.
A terrible experience. I've been using the subscription for a year; I accidentally renewed it, but I canceled it immediately. I never received a refund. I contacted technical support and a bot replied: "We can't process your refund; please send us the original invoice, etc.," but all the documents were already attached to the original email. Five follow-up messages and still no response. They simply stole my money, as I have nothing: neither the subscription nor the refund.
