Upset... There is no need to try and scam users by claiming to be what you are not. The use of deceptive naming and logos is dodgy. I signed up and paid for a year whilst commuting, only to realise that I wasn't on the OpenAI base when I switched to my mobile. (User ID: q5oOodxPzMT9pNOHH9VOtU7tvgr1). I contacted them to ask for a refund. Of course I haven't heard a thing. Save your money folks. We paid the school fees by getting scammed by these characters.
not happy. i thought this was chat gpt, i started using it but it was slower and the responses were very bad. nothing like the actual chat gpt. also they say they are available on the play store but there is no link to the app or anything wrote them 3 emails for a refund but no respond, I'm been okay if they were to charge me for a month or something but its not good enough for my use. but clearly i was scammed, 0 response at alli guess 60 dollars down the drain.#2771-513111 September 18, 2024
I accidentally signed up for a subscription with this company. It was my mistake, but I cancelled it within 10 minutes of signing up. According to their refund policy, any subscription cancelled within 48 hours of signing up should be eligible for a refund. I wrote them immediately to explain the situation. Well it’s been a week and it’s been crickets. So beware, their customer service is abysmal… if it even exists.
