its scam. i asked for refund i just used it once (there is limit of 10 messages for refund) i did only 5. they replied me with automatic message only. dont fall for this scam. i am already contacted the EU financial institution and made complain. i am waiting for their response to put charges against them.
A shit AI. All the answers it gives are generated based on the information it has until 2023 and those in turn are very superficial. I took a prescription with payment for a year. I couldn't get my money back from them. The answers are crap. It always apologizes and says that this is all it can offer and if I have any more questions to write to it. Unbelievable. If there were zero stars I would have chosen zero instead of one star. So, total trash.
