I have pad experience 2 time I call the customer service to make compline but still no body answer also yesterday day I pought my ticket but the flight I t has been canceled no body Compensation my money back so this last time to deal with your company I will till my fans about my silly problems to avoid your company

He reassured me that 53 min layover time in Houston to make it to my connectimg flight was more than sufficient. And that is why I purchased the ticket. I am holding you to this! Good experience...
I’m not too happy with my dealings because on their website I get a very good deal on my flights but when I phoned them the price quoted was far higher than on the website. Although they say that the fare has changed within minutes but the same fare remains on their website for whole week even after I had booked my ticket at higher fare. I still need to know why I’m quoted a higher fare than the cheaper fare on your website?
Having had a reasonably good experience with CheapoAir before, I ordered through them again for a trip to Ukraine. When later on checking out the flight and seat availability on the Lufthansa site I found out that I paid well over the price of normal economy (including full luggage) and even near the price of business class tickets for just Economy 'Light' tickets. An unpleasant surprise because this meant only 8 kg of carry on luggage and that for a two months stay.In September winter comes fast in Ukraine and thus we had to buy additional clothing and shoes. Travelling back this caused problems once more because of course the carry ons weighed more than 8 kg.Presents for the family we had to send per separate transport at an additional cost of 120 dollars. This would not have been necessary had the CheapoAir tickets been normal Economy tickets which they should have been considering the price we paid.Changes to the tickets were impossible because economy 'Light' tickets are not changeable nor refundable. Thank you CheapoAir, we will never ever again use your services._______05 november 2018Today, one day after the above review, CheapoAir goes even more cheapo by reporting the review. They nag about multiple postings which is not really the case, it is because they themselves operate at different web-sites but are one business. People from the USA using CheapoAir.com have the same right to be informed about this enterprise as people looking for tickets at CheapoAir.co.uk. And thus I addressed the review at both the .com and .co.uk sites.Then they nag about the lack of a booking number which I've already provided them with. The booking number shows that I booked the flight 2 months in advance. CheapoAir pretended at that moment that seats were running out and I should decide immediately. In reality there were seats available on these Lufthansa flights until departure.The reason for this is that companies like CheapoAir reserve seats ahead of time at very low prices and when they tell you there soon will be no seats available it are these specific seats they're mostly talking about.When you then look up the seat availablity at the air transport company's web-site you may find out that there are plenty of seats available of which several may be sold at better prices and do come with better rights to refunds and changeability of the respective tickets.
