"I bought two products, and believe me, the staff was the worst. They talk to you as if you are working for them. With all due respect, I would rather pay extra to buy directly from the owner than from a reseller! The technical support team was so rude to me, which I will not accept. I paid them $40, and they don’t even want to give me another product
They sent me a non-working key for the cheat and the spoofer. In the end, they sent me a new key with the cheat, but the spoofer still doesn't work. The site says one thing, the cheat says something completely different, a bunch of non-working functions. I don't recommend buying anything from them, because "Term of Use" describes it so that you won't get your money back anyway, even if something turns out to be completely non-working.
The customer service I experienced was absolutely appalling. In all my years, I have never encountered someone with the audacity to speak to paying customers in such a manner. I paid for a service that ultimately did not work, and after submitting a support ticket, I did not receive any response until my service period had already expired. To make matters worse, my ticket was closed without any communication. When I opened a new ticket, instead of receiving assistance, I was reprimanded for allegedly not phrasing my questions correctly. This is utterly perplexing, especially coming from a troubleshooting agent, and reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I WILL AND DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PROVIDER. FURTHER MORE I WILL NEVER BE PAYING ANOTHER DIME
I do not recommend them in any case. After an hour of using their product on Delta force (when the cheat did not even work for 40 minutes) I got a permaban. They do not want to acknowledge the complaint and do not want to refund the money. Avoid them at all costs!
These guys are scammers! Those who comment well here are their own guys or bot accounts! They made money from me and they don't support me! They also wrote an arrogant reply under my previous comment! Do you have any proof that I cursed or insulted?! I paid $48 for a 14-day cheat and they don't help me and when I ask for help on Discord they scold me! I bought a cheat called SHACK! Even SHACK officials say don't buy from them! and they don't support me because I bought from these people!
