Heat & Grill is well made and exactly as described and arrived on time. Marked down from a 5 in that the "white glove" installers knew little more about the device than we did and were really just a delivery service and the smokeless operation is a lot less smokeless than expected even with kiln dried wood. Cooking is however a lot more controlled than a conventional barbeque.
I received my Clean Burn stove in good condition and well packaged. The stove is of excellent quality and the performance is stunning. It really is clean burning. I only use kiln dried logs so there is very little smoke. The only issue I had is with the delivery company. I was given a delivery date but the delivery company delivered the wrong and empty box! They did however, deliver my stove the following day. Chesneys were very helpful in getting this issue resolved quickly.I would highly recommend this stove. It is expensive, but the build quality and performance is excellent.
The Clean Burn Outdoor Stove we ordered arrived ahead of the long delivery date which was a nice surprise. The stove itself is absolutely fantastic. It burn better than the wood burner we have indoors which cost 4 times as much. We are delighted with the quality and functionality.
