Absolutely love my Chesneys Heat & Grill. Bought the pizza stone & our 1st attempt making pizza on it was pretty successful! Couldn’t believe how quickly they cooked! The heat output is amazing!

Excellent service. Absolutely stunning fireplaces - the sales people were so helpful both in the shop and in emails to help us choose which would be best for us. The installer was a pleasure and couldn't do enough for us - very neat and professional work. We are very happy with the end result - would highly recommend.

I can’t see how to reply to your reply - yes, I sent photos and yes I was offered touch up paint - nothing received. Yes I did check the stove over winter until around four weeks in Feb when I was away.

Delivers on its promises

I bought the Garden Gourmet last autumn and have fired it up for the first time this fine Easter weekend. 2 things; firstly the BBQ works just a described. The Cheney's charcoal is good quality large chunks but the unit works just as well with briquettes and produces and (importantly) maintains temp within a narrow range as you wish. Having produced a good Shwarma, a few logs chucked on and the baffle repositioned allowed four to sit round and enjoy the flames as the ambient temperature dropped to 8 degrees. Lovely evening and a pleasure to have a bit of kit that actually delivers on its promises.

Salisbury 5.... disappointed

After purchasing a Chesneys Salisbury 5 stove in 2020, we have now found that the bottom brick has started to crumble. Ash has been left in the base as per instruction guide. I'm amazed that customer services seem to think that this is acceptable. The handle came off mid use because the grub screw came off and the info plate on the back of the stove was also loose, which had to be removed, with difficulty. I purchased the stove because I own a Chesneys stove which is around eight years old and still going strong....no issues with bricks etc. The warranty with the stove gave me peace of mind, but I don't think it's worth the paper it's written on. I am not happy to leave the brick as suggested and will have to replace at my own expense. I will not be purchasing another Chesneys stove in the future.

The most terrible experience ever

The most terrible experience ever. Don’t use this company, they have awful customer service. I ordered my fireplace October 2021, and while it was more expensive than other brands, they assured me it was due to better quality and better service. I was told my fire would be installed by Christmas, and with that happy thought in mind I forked over for it. We are in February, the fireplace they installed was wrong, they had to change the basket, the glass header cut for it was measured badly and so didn’t fit, they are now unable to provide one at all, so are actually coming to collect the entire thing and to refund my money. To top it all off, my beautiful brand spanking new cream rug was entirely damaged with oily chimney soot by their fitters. Chesneys said they were not to blame as their fitters are separate from them and so no one has paid for the damages or to replace it. So not only did I waste time and tears for absolutely nothing, but now I’m stuck with no fire and a ruined carpet.
