Terrible customer service if you call it that!
The assembly took 3 hours and its like working in a factory assembly, as it is shipped in pieces, I mean every tiny part, you need to put together! Spent just under $2K, and for what? DON'T DO IT!!! The OCEAN BLUE looks NOTHING like the blue pics on their site, instead it is gray. Just gray. Try calling them...their outgoing message doesn't even say the company name. Shady to say the least! And no one will call you back.

The sofas arrived in a box and it was extremely cumbersome to set up. I went to their website and looked at all their "five star" reviews. It's all from the influencers and commercials they paid to do it. The photos are extremely edited and set up, not natural at all.For $2,000 this sofa should have come assembled. It's cheap ikea style furniture. I'm reporting them to the FTC for the fraudulent ads on their website.

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A JOKE WHAT I RECEIVED. AFTER WAiting 2 Months. You are not buying a loveseat or couch. You are buying a glorified futon you have to piece together ——- with difficulty.

Disappointing Cushion Quality

I purchased this outdoor sofa for my covered patio, and unfortunately it has been very disappointing for the price. After only a few months and very minimal use, the cushions lost their shape and the sofa started to look slouchy and uneven. Instead of looking like a sleek, modern piece of furniture, it ends up looking more like sloppy dorm room furniture.Customer service did approve replacement cushions after I reached out, which I appreciate. However, for the price point, I expected the furniture to maintain its structure much better than it has.Overall, the design concept is nice, but the cushion quality did not meet my expectations.

Hate it

Hate it! VERY cheap over sized camping furniture. Took 2 months for delivery. One of the biggest pains in the neck to put together. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The people all over the internet advertising this on their social media are obviously getting a kickback!!

Was expecting much better for the price!

The modular furniture and ottomans arrived after an 8 week wait. The couch is 3 chairs that are pushed together, but the issue is the cushions slide all over the place. Every time you sit adjustments have to be made. For the cost of this furniture you would think that little problem would be dealt with. I emailed the company and they told me to buy carpet placement strips. I was shocked that they find this problem acceptable and couldn’t care less. Would not buy again.

Outdoor sectional was very hard and uncomfortable. They didn't send all the screws to put it together and there is no customer service phone number. I did email them waiting on the parts. Too expensive for this to be so uncomfortable and stiff. Do not buy. Took 2 months after ordering to for it to be delivered.

Company had more than a 2 month lead time for the furniture, which was annoying, but I accepted it for the price. As I was waiting, they kept extending that week after week to the point I no longer wanted the furniture. Contacted them to cancel and they charged me a 15% convenience fee for their trouble noting that the policy was in their FAQs online. Total scam.
