Delivery took almost 4 weeks; quality of fabric poor with no fabric content or laundry instructions and construction very poor; when I asked to return items I was offered exchanges for $9.95 per item, then eventually exchange for no charge;finally I was given address in China for returns, but no form to complete, I had to ask for the form;all communications took one to four days for a response. The cost for returning my items is over $200, so I am stuck with them.
I bought two dresses and wanted to return one. They would give me only 15% cash back.. They told me I could keep the rubbery synthetic dress. Their second "return option" was to refund NOTHING BUT get a 30% discount on any other item (which I also could not return if I didn't like it.) They I would have paid 170% for the dress and a new product. Should have read Trust Pilot FIRST
This is a total scam! I ordered a $55 ruffled linen blouse and received a very low-quality polyester blouse that costs no more than $5; the ruffles and sewing thread came in a different color and the appearance is basically trash. Please stay away from this company.
I really like these lovely shorts! Lightweight fabric for summer and great colors. There was a rather long wait for delivery but the customer service was wonderful and they were immediately engaged and kept me informed along the way.
I ordered 3 blouses, described as cotton/linen blend. They are the sleaziest polyester I’ve ever seen. Chloe & Mason advertises as a NY business, but it seems like I will have to return them to China - at my expense! Last time I will order off a FB ad!
After my order took nearly a month to arrive the quality of the fabric was cheap, paper thin, flimsy polyester. I immediately started a return. I was told I would have to pay to ship it to China. Naturally I found that absurd given that they claim it’s a New York company. I learned it would cost $70 to ship a $135 order. I let them know this. They said that I could keep the order and they would give me a 15% credit. That was 2 months ago and no credit has been received. I keep emailing every couple of weeks, only to get a litany of lame excuses. This company is nothing more than a scam. Avoid ordering anything from them.
I made the mistake of ordering from this company twice!! First time the garment never arrived and the second time they sent me FOUR shirts instead of ONE, and I was unhappy about the one. No tag to indicate material (I suspect polyester), and it looks much different from the pop up photo ad on Instagram. Nothing like photoshopping a garment so people buy it!! I googled the company and it said made in Paris (???) when further research suggests it’s China (Big surprise) Do not waste your money.
This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHLOE & MASON! They sent two of the sleaziest items -- the Inner front lining of the way too large black "ruffle front shirt" was white and the entire shirt was made of flimsy, shiny, cheap material. They sent a way too large blouse (I ordered a dress), once again of the flimsiest, sleaziest material and not at all as depicted on the offer.)They will not initiate the return (or refund?) until you tell them what was wrong with the order, which I did. Instead of responding how to return items for a refund (as they have the gall to advertise they will do), they responded with an offer for a 30% discount for another purchase. Kiss that refund goodbye.
My 90 year old mother ordered a $50 shirt from the company. It was a popup on her email. She recieved it, and it was garbage..The fabric was thin and felt like a flag. There is no tag on the garment, so you don't even know what the fabric is or laundry instructions. No instructions on returning as well...After 3 emails regarding a return, they offered me a choice to keep the garment and receive 30% back. Or send it back TO CHINA! and keep a track on it. Such a scam, do not be fooled. The pictures are nothing like the product.
