I didn't even want to give it a star! It took a month to get my clothing. I opened the package and noticed right off that the material was a cheap polyester. Ugh! Then the craftsmanship was shoddy. The sizing was way off! I have just tried to email them but it bounced back to me stating that it was undeliverable because it contained spam!!! I personally believe this is a SCAM! I want a refund.
This company is fake-I purchased 3 blouses and 1 pant on the 11th of May. Their website said items will be delivered between 7-14 work days. They didn't arrive until 1 month later. By this time, I realized items were coming from China and not NY. There website footer (which I have a screenshot from) when I started the dispute stated that they were in NY. Then I wanted to cancel the order, they said not possible but you can return the items once received. The return address is in the Netherlands. So not only are they not local they are fraudulently calming that they are going to retire and closing the store - all lies. Do not BUY anything from this company you will not be able to return or exchange. This is a scam!
Really no stars. Terrible experience. I feel as if this shop is a total scam. On 4/5/25 I ordered a shirt. Almost a month later, on 5/3/24, I received notice that delivery had been made. However, nothing was delivered. Since then I have contacted the company multiple times to request a refund. The company has said it will get back to me as soon as possible, but no one has. Every ad placed on FB and Instagram states, “Final Closing Sale Until 11:59 PM.” I provide my experience so others don’t fall for Chloe & Mason’s deceptive business practices.
. This company is a scam. Their photos show beautifully designed and made shirts. But what arrived did not match the photos in quality. Their shirts were all made cheaply and the patterns did not match across the pocket or plackets. Because it's a large print, it looked odd. Moreover, the fabric is awful. I would never wear these and would never even give them to my housekeeper. I return them, but it cost me $53 too return it to China. Shameful! Moreover, the story about their closing their store with the charming picture of the elderly couple is a scam! The same story, with different photos, appears all over the internet. Do not buy from here! You will be disappointed and lose your money.
Please do not be fooled again by another fake site. I received my blouse from their closing sale after 4 weeks today, it is not the fabric they described. It is a venal shiny cheap fabric I will not wear. Not an attractive fabric certainly not breathable either. I’m done with trusting Chinese clothing sites, fake and they took my 60.00. This is definitely not made in the USA for sure.I’m done trusting the adorable photos and descriptions which are NOT what I received. Sad how these sites have infiltrated our trust and our quality USA system.
I hate to write a bad review, but I am doing so out of frustration. When I received my order on April 25, 2025, it contained a Size XL instead of the Size M I ordered. I contacted them and they said they would ship a replacement. It is June 9. 2025 and I still have not received the replacement. I have asked for a refund, but haven’t heard from the so far.
The fabric was nothing like the one pictured, and quality was very poor. Plus, the size was way off and too small. When I tried to return it, I was given an address in China to ship it to, at my expense! The address on the website says “New York” and it says “”shipped from our warehouse in New York.” But, it is from China! Total scam - not buying from Facebook ads any more.
it took many, many weeks from China. Then, when I get the dress, it is made for at least 2 sizes smaller than the size that I ordered. Really didn't look like the dress that the model had on in the picture. So I see where they offer returns. No questions asked. Not true if you expect a full refund. They offered me thirty percent off the dress, which would have been twelve dollars when I paid fifty two dollars for the dress or I can ship it back on my dime, which would have cost me $32.00. Would never buy from that company.
