Buyer beware! Clothing is cheap quality, made in China & there are no full refunds. I would suggest they stop playing games with customers, offering 30% refunds only & many back-and-forth emails. The two blouses I ordered were poorly constructed, ill-fitting & unattractive, very cheap fabric. I’ll be staying with my trusted retailers with hassle-free returns. Even though C&M’s shipment was from NY, if you want a refund, you’ll need to ship to China at your own expense. For me that outweighed the value of the refund. Definitely would not recommend
I'm surprised by some of the positive reviews. I wish I would have dug a little deeper to vet this company because if I had I never would have ordered from them. I ordered a dress that took an extremly long time to arrive, from China of course. The material is nothing like the picture or description. Very cheap and cheaply made. I do not recommend.Update: I requested information on how to return this item. I was given a choice of 30 percent off this current item or a future purchase. I was not given an option for returning for a refund. I chose 30 percent off my current item so time will tell if they honor that. I will NOT be making another purchase from this company.
Completely unresponsive customer service. I am unhappy with the fit and fabric of the items I ordered. I have been trying to reach the company, as required, to request return instructions. Although the company website guarantees a reply “within 24 hours” as of yet I have received no response whatsoever. The company needs to be shut down.
On April 24, 2025, I ordered two shirts from Chloe and Mason from an Instagram ad. On May 23, I received one of the shirts, and it was nothing like it was shown in the picture. The ad showed a pretty lightweight crinkled material With long sleeves. What I got was a thick Pepto-Bismol colored shirt with short sleeves and thick, ugly fabric. I contacted them immediately for a refund and they said I could get a store credit, but I wanted a refund to my credit card. I have contacted them two more times and they have ignored my emails About a refund. The other shirt still has not arrived and the last it was tracked was May 25, 11 days ago – – remember, I ordered this April 24 and it is now June 2. They keep saying it is on its way and they have billed my credit card
Material is cheap flimsy synthetic. Picture looks like thick cotton or linen. It is neither. Their website just says “comfortable and soft.” I didn’t think to question that. I was too late in checking their website. I looked up their website and found it was a scam. Photos are lifted from other sites. It’s a $17 blouse. Avoid.
Ordered a dress, didn’t like it. To return it, I had to pay for shipping to China for. Refund. The ahippjng was more than the cost of the dress so I am stuck with it. They kindly offered 30% refund since I didn’t like it, then never sent the refund. Don’t order from here, their customer service is awful.
I was scammed also I waited for ever to get the three tops I keep sending e-mails I want my money back the cloths don't fit they are supposed to be in USA so I will send them back no one will respond just offer me 30% disc what good is a disc on cloths I can even get my arm in sleeve . Do not buy from them scam I have sent numerous emails and they keep sending me 30% off but no address to send the stuff back even though their policy states that they will take the stuff back within 30 days it's all a bunch of BS they're liars
Chloe & Mason Attire is an online retailer that claims to be a New York City company. That is a front since it is a Chinese company. The company sells clothing and accessories. The online pictures of the clothes are beautiful items made of quality materials. My order was for two blouses. They were expensive even though on sale. My order took more than 3 weeks to arrive from China. The blouses I received were nothing like the pictures. The fabric was very cheap and the quality poor. When I asked for a refund I was told they could refund me 30% of what I paid or I could pay extravagant shipping costs to return the items to China. This is not a company to be trusted.
