Review Time
As many others wrote on this site - not worth one star. All the same story as was written by numerous folks who were scammed my the ‘Chloe and Mason (my foot!) site. Don’t buy from this company or any other of their look alike sites out there. I’m holding my ground for my money back if not completely satisfied, as stated on their website’. They keep going up on their offer (now up to 75% back) but I’m so disgusted with their scam - I’m not budging.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive….sketchy emails about attempted delivery that looked very scammy/phishy…received a request for review before the item arrived! When it arrived, the material was flimsy and cheap and the sizing was completely off. The return is to Australia which will cost a good bit of the garment’s cost. Going into the donate pile tags and all…maybe someone can make use of the material!
I ordered two items and have not received them. The shipping emails give no information other than its shipped. There is no phone number. I reached out to them by the contact form and no response. I believe this to be a scam. If I don't receive the items I will request a refund from my credit card company.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They’re frauds. My recent email after they offered me only 30% refund. “ SCAM!!! I just read reviews by other customers. I want my money back. All of it. 100%, in accordance with your stated policy on your website. I will pay for return shipping ti anywhere in the United States, since you have a NYC as address on your website, but I want a refund ASAP for the cost of the clothing. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, Faceback, and my attorney. You are stealing from people. Shame on you.”
Still have NOT recieved what I ordered - shows ordered but never shipped. My credit card was charged for a foreign currancy - so much for Chloe & Mason New York. This is the last Tic-Toc ad I ever order from! You get cheap junk or it isn't delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was easy to place my order. I liked the communication about shipping and delivery status. My order was delayed so I reached out via email and the response was quick and friendly! They said my package was lost but they would send another right away! I received it quickly and love the top!
As others have said the fabric is cheap polyester. I didnt do due diligence and read carefully. Unless you want to pay double what you’d find at Walmart ( and they might have better) dont waste your money. Didnt even try to do return once realized another bogus company
I ordered items and when they came they were not at all as hoped for or expected. Sizing and quality was way off! I tried to return them in July 2025 and ran into the same issues I have seen others say online. I mailed them back to China! on my dime of course, as stated and they were returned to me 6 m onths later in January 2026. I would really appreciate some customer service ????
