I been emailing this company regarding my order for a return until now there was no respond from them. I was even disappointed on my order. I expected the item I received would be look the same on the website but I was disappointed. Moreover, They have a terrible customer service. I will never order to this company
False advertising. Communication with Chloe Mason in my experience was excellent. I received frequent updates on the delivery status. Once received, my item was too small. I emailed the situation to Chloe Mason and within 24 to 48 hours, Jamila responded with instructions to replace it. I had sent additional emails with questions/concerns and always received a helpful response.
The advertising is misleading. You are led to believe the company is in New York and they are closing for retirement. The ad says the sales end at midnight, which is a lie. The photos look like the fabrics are linen or cotton or knits and they are closer to polyester. The prints are beautiful but they are not actual knits. One of the items, a sweatshirt, was so tight in the torso it was more like a bodysuit. Another top advertised as a sweater has a neck opening so small (and I do not have a large head) I could hardly get it over my head. They advertise a large discount because they are "closing" the business but really these items are not even worth half. Additionally it took three weeks for the package to arrive because it was not sent from New York. It was sent from China. After reading the other reviews I have decided not to return these items, as it will only frustrate me. Karma will deal with this unscrupulous business.
Do not order from here. The company is a scam. They're located in China, not New York. Their website says "luxurious fabric" but it's all cheap polyester. Their website says express shipping" but it took over a month to even get my order. They say they allow returns but the address they give you is in China. It's all a scam.
The clothing items received are not as shown. The items that I ordered said cotton linen blend and when they arrived they are 100% polyester as stated on the tag. The colors are not the same, and overall the clothing is not something that I would wear. Their website says that they have a 30 day return policy. I had to send 5 separate emails to finally get instructions on how to return something. And when I got these instructions, the company that states they’re out of New York City has a shipping address to return to China. They also gave me the option of keeping the clothes and getting 30% back. Which I think I might do because I don’t trust sending something to China because once it gets to China, you have no proof of whether it was received or not, and you might not get a refund at all not to mention the fact that shipping something to China is extremely expensive. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered.
