Plastic doileys?

Really, zero star is more appropriate. I too fell for the IG advert. Ordered two shirts which I thought might work on an upcoming cruise several weeks away. They kept sending me emails advising me of the updates on my order. When I finally inquired exactly WHEN I might expect them, then I got the personalized messages which did not answer the question, only I could rest assured they were on the way! I sailed before the shirts arrived ... no surprise. When I return, they had arrived and I opened the package. The fabric is reminiscent of those plastic doileys your great grandmother used to put on tables under lamps and vases -- plastic! There is NO way I would ever wear them -- you'd melt! One shirt has fabric content and washing instructions on it; the other does not. These very special shirts went into the trash -- I will not even donate them. Should've known better .. my advice is save your money.

Spoiler Alert - This Company is Ruthless!

A horrible company that sells the lowest quality clothing and offers zero customer service. Sure, you can return your purchases within ten days of receipt. Just go to your nearest post office and pay up to $48.00; they charge an additional tracking fee, as these items are being sent to Beijing, China. I have donated everything to our local homeless shelter. Shamless and Ruthless company.

Buyer beware.

Where to begin. Apparently I have a linen addiction, and stumbled across an image of a ruffled collared linen shirt at a great price via Chloe and Mason as seen on IG. Learning lesson, omg the blouses finally arrived, and sadly what arrived ha, was some sort of poly fabric white on one side and rough approximates of the color "orderd" on the other. After reaching out via email I was offered a couple of options, including 15% off as a rebate on my existing order or a discount on a future order. As if!Now I am invited to send my "blouses" back to China!That is not likely so, in short I'm out approx $100.Don't let this happen to you!

Beware!

I ordered a dress but when it arrived it didn't look anything like what was advertised. It was poorly made, top stitched with mistakes (white thread over a dark floral pattern and obvious back stitching to correct mistakes!)DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

Misrepresented Cheap Clothing and Shoes

This company represents itself as high quality clothing and accessories from New York. The pictures represent the material as linen/cotton well made pieces. I ordered the green shoes; they are mustard color. I ordered 4 shirts. The shirts I got are not what are represented in the pictures. The material is a thin cheap nylon type material I was prepared to send it all back but return price is on you and the returns go to China not New York. Beware. This company is a scam.

Very Unhappy -- Bad Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shorts and had them sent to an address I'd be visiting 7 days after ordering and where I'd be for a week. It took the package 19 days to arrive at that address—after I'd left and after the occassion for which I'd bought the shorts. I can't recover the package—it was sent to my daughter's apt. and I was there to help pack her up for a cross-country move. My assumption was that ChloeMason would resend the item to make up for the unusual lag time. But their response was a disengenuous "that is reasonable timing." In tracking the order I see the shorts didn't even arrive in the US until the June 21—10 days after I'd ordered them. And not delivered until June 30. I'd be perfectly content if they quickly said we'll send you another pair. Instead, in insisting their timing was within reason (I am the queen of online shopping—it's not), they have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word.

Unsatisfactory

Received my order consisting of a sage green long sleeve blouse. The blouse i received did not look like the advertised blouse. In addition the quality is poor. There are no instructions on how to return purchases. When I contacted the company the response was that they needed to verify my identity and they would try to resolve the issue in 45 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Such a disappointment

I ordered a flower print shirt made of linen. After a month I received a polyester shirt that looked nothing like what I ordered. I received an apology and an offer to send the correct shirt. After another 2+ weeks the second shirt arrived - also not what I ordered and also polyester. Never Again

Cheap, cheap clothing. Tops are nothing like the photos on the internet. This company has a terrible return policy - website is 100% a lie about returns. A complete sham. Do NOT buy anything from this website.
