I ordered a jumper which said 6 to 10 buiseness days delivery. On the 10 buiseness day i email them they had not even processed my order yet. I have said i what to cancel as its a christmas jumper anf i will not get it for christmas but they have not answered me. Make your own mind up about customer service. UpdateI sent 3 emails as they requested. This morning i had a email from them my order has been sent. Delivery 6 to 10 days that will be no good for me this christmas.So if you want an order for a specific date be warned my order will have taken a whole month for me to receive it. With no cancelations!!!
Highly delighted with my ‘door flag’ I had to contact Christian Art Workshop with my request (I wanted a different image to the one advertised) they were very helpful and delivered exactly what I’d requested! The amazing I received through the whole process. First I couldn’t believe the prices especially seeing it from social media, second I received an email from them stating the packaging process has began, third I was able to receive updates throughout the process such as the delivery date which was a reasonable time maybe two weeks.
I made an order and unfortunately didn’t read the item description so when it arrived I realised the rosary was longer than expected. Upon emailing the team they communicated so quickly and kindly! They sent over my preferred rosary just asking for me to partially cover handling fees. They also allowed me to keep the other item as a show of good favour! Much love to the team at Christian Art Workshop :)
