Horrible Horrible Horrible Quality and the company will not return your full amount. The items do not look like the pictures. I just experienced this, please do not order from this site. Spend $100 some place else. You will be disappointed.
I think people tend to write reviews if they've either had a particularly good or bad service, so I just wanted to give my honest review, and generally I'm very impressed! I purchased a two piece item, one part was in stock and the other wasn't but was shipped 5 days later separately. It would be good to see stock levels, but at the moment they don't seem to have that functionality. It does take a while to deliver to the UK, but really this can be overlooked if you give yourself enough time because the product is excellent. They items I brought were surprisingly good quality for the price and I'd shop with Ciciful again.
The item I received did not look like the picture, for an item that cost me 80 dollars I could have gotten for similar quality for 10 dollars off of AliExpress. The material was not denim, the cut was shapeless. A cheap knock off of another product marked up
I ordered two items from this company and received neither item. They sent me two random sizes of two different clothing pieces, neither match my purchase. Now they’re trying to charge me to return them before issuing me a refund. Why should I have to pay for this? You sent me a completely random order!
It’s is a hit and miss kind of a place. Sometimes you order and it’s better than expect but sometimes it’s not very good. It’s takes time to arrive but I can’t find such unique clothing anywhere else in uk for some reason. So I’m more than happy to take a gamble now and then and hope that what I ordered will look great on me haha. Just be careful with the sizes. But they should think about getting a shop on ASOS !
