I placed an order two weeks ago and I have checked plenty of times and my order still says awaiting shipment. It has been 15 days and I’m still waiting shipment. That’s crazy. I have sent many emails to get a refund, but no one has helped me yet. I was told this site was a scam and I’m starting to believe it to be so.

Halloween costume scam!

Ordered a costume for Halloween in the beginning of September and it’s nearing the end of October And the event I needed the costume for is next week. Have yet to receive any update or any information on when My order is supposed to be delivered. Honestly, feel quite scammed by this company. On their website, it says the processing time for an order takes 3 to 8 days, my order was processed in five days. Website also states delivery times could be 10 to 15 days. Currently going on 26 days past that initial timeframe. I obviously understand delays coming from different places, globally, but communicate that with your customers or at least offer them a refund if you can’t deliver customer service or the payed for product, In a timely matter, especially when you state the timeline in how long an order should take to receive on your website.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been 5 days and it’s says it’s on the delivery center but I haven’t received yet and I need my package for an event and nobody gave information or help me. I’m so frustrated.

I placed an order on September 9th and…

I placed an order on September 9th and after a month of waiting I complained and the gave me $10 off my next order. Why didn’t they just give me $10 off that order? Because they wanted me to order again, which I mistakenly did! My first order didn’t arrive till November 5th! Almost 2 months is totally unacceptable for a company that is a mail order company. My second order has been sitting in processing for 5 days with no movement! The customer service is responsive but does not understand that who they choose to use for their shipping is their responsibility! They have chosen this shipping partner and to save a dollar or 2 they are using a substandard partner which does reflect on them. This is the second time I have order from them and it has NOT changed! They obviously do not care about their customers and I will not give them another chance! As others have stated the quality is subpar but the items are not something I plan to wear regularly so fit my needs. Like most online photos the products look similar but not nearly as nice in actuality.The online Shipping information says:Flat Rate Shipping: 15-30 business daysThis is obviously not true or honest. And if you can not meet that then you have not met your agreed on expectations. The current status shows that it has not moved in 5 days and is totally unacceptable! And an explanation that putting the blame on someone that you have selected to service your commitments is not acceptable when you continue to use their services!

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. Bad quality. I ordered extra large and I don't think it would even fit a child. Only got partial refund. If I posted it back to them I would get a full refund. £31.00 to send back. I think not

Avoid, Scam

I would recommend avoiding this website. They sent met items that were bad knock offs of what I ordered. Totally unwearable, did not match the photos. When I complained they gave me the run around and offered me a 25% refund. They're hoping that we'll be to lazy to actually return the items (you pay for shipping back). Its a total 100% scam.

I love the fabric

I love the fabric, and the designs. Everywhere I go with a ciciful clothes, people look at me. Sometimes people ask, where did I got the combinations. I'll continue buying clothes from here. And if I have an issue, customer services and support, always respond in a timely matter.
