Review Time
THIS IS AN UPDATE TO TOMMASO DISTEFANO'S REVIEW:I never write reviews but I'm doing this because this situation is so funny, I just can't pass up this opportunity! For the people at Circa who may email me again, this review is going to include both fact and my *opinion* based on my customer experience which I am entitled to without being told that my comments are misleading <3 What Circa did right: -responded to our negative review and amended the situation in a timely manner after our SECOND round of contacting the company- sent us 3 watches essentially for the price of 1 (one was broken, one was the incorrect dial color and one was the correct and original watch in working condition received last)- sent us tracking information and kept us updated on our situation, making sure they gave their customer the watch they paid for while not requiring anything in return for the incorrect watch they sent.What they did wrong:- originally sent us a broken watch and then the incorrect watch when we complained the first watch was broken (YES THEY FIXED THIS SITUATION AND WE ARE SO GRATEFUL)- sent me 5 emails where they told me that our original review was now wrong, misleading, unfair, and hurtful. I keep receiving emails where they are pressuring me to change this dumb review, sending me a paragraph about how great they have been to me and then making the entire subject of the email, the paragraph that is included in the email. It feels like spam and like an ex-boyfriend that won't leave you alone because you told someone else all the stuff he did wrong before you broke up. How many times can this company tell me that I was wrong for being mean to them and remind me to change my review?!If Circa Watches hadn't asked me on multiple platforms to change my review because I was wrong for sharing my OPINION of the company, I would have written them a wonderful review showing my gratitude. But they didn't, I hurt their feelings, and by their standards, I'm a liar because they fixed things, making everything else they did irrelevant!So anyway, thank you Circa for 3 watches for the price of 1! Really, its been quite a delightful surprise, and we appreciated the help! 4 stars for 3 watches!!! Will I ever order from you again? No! But they are devoted to fixing things. My watch has fogged up despite not getting wet and having a 3 ATM water resistant rating. I reached out for help and they suggested putting it in rice to dry it out. I’ve done that multiple times for multiple days on end and the fog always returns. It seems the craftsmanship is faulty. Moreover the watch is typically a bit show and loses 1-3 minutes a day.
Overall quality of the watch just average. I have bought homage or clone types that the cases and bands were just superior at a third of the price. If this watch was $125 - $150 I would be satisfied but at $300 it need to be better. Shipping and communication were outstanding. Just not happy overall with the product
