This is my second watch from Circa Watch Labs and the quality is just as good as the first. I went with the Tiffany dial Nautilus style mod this time with the NH38 open movement and it looks incredible in person. The dial color really pops in natural light and the bracelet feels solid without being too heavy. Shipping took about a week to Texas after assembly so total about 15 days after including the time they built it for me. Thanks!

I ordered the Royal Oak style Seiko mod with the black waffle dial and rubber strap as an extra. Shipping was actually faster than I expected. The watch arrived securely packaged and the first thing I noticed was the finishing on the case and bracelet – it feels very solid and well put together. The waffle dial texture looks great in natural light and the automatic movement has been keeping accurate time so far. Overall it feels like a much more expensive watch than the price suggests. I’m already thinking about ordering another configuration, maybe with a blue dial next time.
I ordered a watch in November that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Circa Watch Labs promises 3–5 days to make it and 7–12 business days to ship it. Easy math, it should totally arrive before December 25th, right?Wrong.The watch never came. The tracking website they gave me had a status of "Status Unknown." I bought a replacement gift elsewhere and moved on. Then, in January (a full month after the expected delivery) I reached out to ask for a refund. They said they'd "look into it" and then... disappeared.So I did what any reasonable person would do: I disputed the charge with my bank. And wouldn't you know it, the moment my bank got involved, Circa Watch Labs suddenly found their voice again.That's when things got fun.Without asking me, they shipped a “replacement” watch. When I said I'd already canceled and didn't want it, they told me I was committing fraud. They threatened IC3 cybercrime reports. Debt collection agencies. Legal action. All because I asked for a prepaid return label for a watch I never authorized, never wanted, and ended up arriving over three months after my original order.Oh, and the cherry on top? In their IC3 complaint (Yes, they actually filled one against me), they claimed the watch was delivered on January 11th. Their own email to me confirms it arrived February 21st. A 40-day difference. I originally ordered two watches from Circa WatchLabs: a Seiko Mod Day-Date and a Royal Oak Seiko Mod.The Royal Oak has been completely fine, but unfortunately the Day-Date had a defect where the hands would catch on the applied logos and Roman numerals on the dial, eventually bending and breaking. To their credit, their team was initially very helpful and sent a replacement watch.However, the replacement developed the exact same issue, which suggests a design or clearance problem with that specific model.I contacted them again because both the original and replacement watches are now defective and I simply wanted to return them and receive a refund under warranty. Unfortunately, for more than a week now I have received no response at all, despite multiple attempts to contact them.At this point I still have both watches, both are defective, and I cannot get any communication from the company regarding a refund or resolution.It’s disappointing because the customer service was good at the beginning, but the complete lack of response when trying to resolve the issue properly has left me stuck with defective watches.I hope they will respond and resolve this situation.—Kiril
