Review Time
Not the type to go ahead and leave reviews often and there might be watches they sell that are great however, I have had less than a positive experience. Bought a DayDate mod during christmas to find the that the movement breaks within two weeks and the hands are pressed on too tight and get caught on the dial and are scratching a circle around the middle of the dial near the pinon. After contacting support, it seemed to be promising that they can help me out just to find that they sent me a new watch without even letting me know they would but of course, it had a completely different color dial then the original watch I order. Tried contacting them again this week but no traction yet. Will gladly leave a less scathing review if we can get the sorted as it is rather frustrating to walk around wearing a broken watch you want to show.
So I was sent exactly what I ordered. It not only meet my expectations but exceeded them. I’m very happy. Yes it took a little longer to be built, shipped and delivered, but when I got it I was thrilled. Trust the process and you’ll be more than happy on your purchase.
They won't let you return the item if you are in the UK if you decide you don't like it. Edit: They also tried to claim this review was for the wrong company i.e., to get it removed from Trustpilot.Edit 2: Their reply here, that they have no contact, is false. I have bought multiple watches from them. Always the quality exceeds the price point. Reason I keep coming back. I ordered a watch not too long ago and received it yesterday. I put it on and was like woah 😍👌 I went back on their website and pre ordered another while still wearing the first one on the spot lolI realized the first one had chrome hands and the second I ordered had darker hands. I thought the chrome went better with the shiny watch. So I sent an email this morning to ask if there was a chance to switch to the chrome on the new order.I was surprised to see a fast response and the answer to be “yes” they will have it switched out before it is shipped 10/10 service and 10/10 quality This should be your watch plug with a huge selection on fire watches and incredible service to back it up Thank you guys!! 🙏 Really appreciated
