Had an Problem and support was great

I had an problem with an out and inbound flight and the customer support was great! My hand lagguage wasn‘t booked and I had to pay at the flight corner. My travel agent Check24 was a little bit stupid to contact the airplane, but citizenplane as the middleplayer solved the problem directly! The website is also great!
