Everything went smoothly until I had a problem afterwards at the baggage drop-off point because the airport's system didn't show that I had already paid the extra fee for baggage drop-off. Annoyingly, I had to pay the extra fee on site. I then reported it to Citizen Plane via email with photos of the receipt, flight ticket, and, previously, the booking confirmation. It was resolved quickly. However, I communicated in English from the beginning, so I can't say what it's like if you contact them in German. In my case, everything I contacted Citizen Plane about via email was taken care of, and I received a prompt response.

Our booking in Egypt needed to be changed. We got in touch with an agent (Nadir) for Citizenplane. They got back to us, passed our issue to the airline, and made the necessary changes quickly, while keeping us reassured.
