My experience with you was very poor I wouldn't recommend you to anyone you don't even know deserve a 1 star id give you a minus 20 My experience went down hill and you wasn't helpful at all and wanted triple the monthly payments in the end from July 2024 you have taken more money fromMy account and also took another payment from my wife's account the very next day I will never use close brothers finance ever again nor will I ever recommend you. Ever
Access to my accounts is impossible. Close Brothers deregistered me because I had not logged in for a few months. I have to re-register just to get access to my statements etc. Close Brothers keep on sending me Activation Codes that don't work. Their IT systems are terrible and customer service is not much better.
This company continues to allow an individual named Mr Mihoc Mihai to use my address to take out an insurance policy. I have let the company know and was told they would look into the matter and have it resolved. I continue to receive communications at my address from them for a Mr Mihoc Mihai.I have no choice but to contact the authorities and alert the relevant ombudsman to have this matter investigated and dealt with.I don’t know how in 2024 with increased security and checks how a company allow their customers to use other peoples addresses.
