Where to start with these?!!! Well it's definitely the worst experience iv ever had! And iv had a lot of bad luck but these are useless beeps, wouldn't let me pay my insurance on my credit card untill the day after it was due so they can add a late fee, then they deny they have had the money which my bank confirmed they have it, then they bombard you with texts and emails demanding the money which they already have had and then they change the days they are giving me to pay the month iv already paid! Honestly do not use these! This is the biggest warning I can possibly give out! Oh and while doing all this the only answers you get off them is phone us.... SCAMMERS
Trying to access their Client Portal has been an absolute nightmare. It keeps saying my details are wrong when they are not wrong, then it says I’m registered but I can’t log in, I asked to reset my password they sent me a link supposedly to a password reset page, only for it to send me back to the log in page where I can’t get it, it’s ridiculous!! I’ve spent so much time on this process already, I’m beginning to wonder if they are a genuine business
Made a payment adjustment , now they cancelled my policy before the listed date. Lost my whole fleet insurance policy . And £900 in debt for a policy I’m not insured on . No doubt will send dirt debt collectors . Not worth the hassle , very impersonal , or missing thought into the whole situation before sending a misleading email . Angry is not the word .
What really good pricing and easy to be apart of from day one. Shame so much notifications came through (not from close brothers) over the last year saying check if close brothers had you over and owed you money, I belive uts a scam or ways to track your financing from others. I'd never of put doubt with my dealings and support they ever offered when needed. Thank you close brothers
