We bought a vehicle from the company four years ago, and it has been fantastic. The representative was excellent; he helped us with everything, arranged financing, and even had the car delivered. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service; they will assist you, even if you receive benefits.
This has been an absolutely horrendous experience! Trying to cancel my policy was a nightmare. After finally reaching a representative, I was shuffled around multiple times. What should have been a simple task turned into a frustrating ordeal where I had to repeat my personal information to several people and automated systems just to pay a cancellation fee. It's shocking how difficult it is to give them money! I will never use this service again. Where has the personal touch gone? I'm appalled by the customer service level.
Dealing with this service has been frustrating. My preferred dealer insists on using them, but despite a solid credit history, I was refused credit twice. They demanded detailed information about my finances down to every penny I spend monthly. After all that, I was denied again. I will buy my vehicle outright and avoid this service in the future, ensuring my family does the same. Avoid at all costs!
