Took out van insurance and I didn't have sufficient monies in my account this month. I have multiple bank accounts with ample money to transfer across at a moments notice.For the last 20 years missed direct debits are tried again a few days later.Not this company. I received a default notice over £85 which is taking the Michael.Yes it's my fault but I have never ever had a default notice against my name. Ever. They even charged me £25 for the letter.I will never use this company again. No other company has ever done this to me before. I am 53 years of age, mortgage free and run my own business so have now had my credit rating sctewed up. Surely a simple text message to remind me would suffice.
