I have never had finance before and it was so easy and the company and website fab. I've always been wary of finance you hear so many stories but this was great.I also paid off my debt very early and the amount for doing that was also great almost like an admin fee.Thank you
Long slow multi contact laborious task to resolve finance issues. Long waiting times on phone to speak to customer care. Delays in refund payments 3-5 days. The payment was never processed. 10 days still no refund deposit promising expeditious payment 24 hours and zilch. Typical institution bureaucratic delays via different departments and multiple points of contact. Awful experience. This is what you will get when you have a dispute. Yet, if you miss a payment they will mark your credit file as such. One way street finance.
Close Bros.is the easy way to finance a vehicle purchase. Good clear communications and easy to connect with customer services if required. It's the best experience I've had with any finance company. Care and attention were evident throughout the transaction.
Would have been 5 Star ,however although I have used Close Brothers to finance my last two vehicles with what I would consider to be a good working relationship, their puntative deposit requirements on my new van made it impossible. Pity as I wished to stay with the Company.

It’s as if no one in the company is in sync. Things are put on the system and people clearly do not read it No welcome pack was sent. I changed the date of my direct debit They still took the money on the old date. It was refunded then was adviced to call back on the 1st to make payment They have called me and chased me up saying I haven’t paid when I was advices to call back on the 1st which the agent could see was on the system. When asked to clear any notes on my credit file they said they will have to raise a compliant and will try. Useless
