Finding motor finance can be a real pain. But close brothers made the process very easy with a low interest rate.Found them very helpful and quick to sort out any problems.If i ever have finance again close brothers is deffinately my first call.Thank you for everything. 10/10 service
Wouldn't even give one star if there were an option not to. They tried to take my DD payment a day early and it bounced because I hadn't been paid yet. Get a letter from them dated the day after the 'missed payment' stating they are charging me a £25 late payment fee! Means I now owe them almost double what I pay for my policy every month. No website on the letter to go to to sort it out, and their phone lines are shut on weekends. They are ridiculously greedy with disgusting customer service! AVOID!!
Brought 5 vans from close brothers of which was told had 3 months warranty they sacked the sales man month later and all my problems came as had nothing to go back on The people to steer clear from are as follow Sophie Bloomfield Chris Woodrow and richard.philpotts@cbvh he is the most useless of all Steering rack went on one van they gave me good grace on it supplied new one and took cost of labour month later it went again as the garage Haines commercial fitted in correctly close brothers told me to take to garage as they use all time I then took to Rossetts Eastbourne where it was done correctly but the close brothers would not pay labour cost if the part was fitted the first time then I would not of needed a second rack they never answer emails never get a straight answer from them say well away useless … what a crap company Also had 6 rentals of them first day brought down had no MOT hadn’t been cleaned crack in windscreen bold tyres dents all over again useless 07917372448 Richard Phil Potts never answers phone of which is a key board warrior ………… To anyone wanting financial support use honey assets all day long over this cow boy company Called close brothers today as they left reply lol what a joke on hold for 30 min to be told the ref number doesn’t mean nothing
I can just say that the company was really quick to point out that I haven't paid the last installment by email and text I already gavey car as part exchange to the dealership where I bought my new car.The way the staff dealt with my queries made me feel like I haven't paid for months.
Process of getting finance is easy. Unfortunately, this is only one good point. You will be lucky if car won't have any issues. I've been ignored for a month now, waiting for hours on hold when trying to call and no response to my email at all. I'm paying for car that broke 6 weeks after purchase. No support from finance company. Sent a formal complaint, still no response.
