I cannot fault this company at all. We thought we were at loss due to credit, but then I came across CLS. Frankie, Victoria and Amy have been fantastic. Within a matter of days we got DIP and then when we finally found our home the mortgage was approved in a couple of weeks. They made the whole process smooth, and kept us updated. The only let down was the solicitors they recommended. I assumed given the customer service received by CLS they would surely recommend solicitors with the same ethic but I was wrong. I would definitely go with CLS if you want a mortgage but stay clear of their recommended solicitors. Had it not been for the solicitors I would have definitely scored a 5!
I would just like to say for anyone reading this review, I was massively unsure which mortgage advisor company to go with and then I come across CLS Money, I was mainly worried as I had a default on my credit report but they went above and beyond and got me and my partner a mortgage on our dream home which I didnoteventhinkthiswouldbepossible. I mainly dealt with Steve, Victoria and Amy and I could not fault there efforts or skills and knowledge in this department.I'm so pleased that I went with CLS and would recommend them to anyone.Thanks again 😊

I’ve only given it 1 star because I had to. Avoid this company. We have been dealing with them for 10 months now. 3 houses lost and thousands of pounds too. It has been the most stressful time of our life. The communication is terrible. We were told conflicting information all the way through. Then we are told they had never told us that information. We put in a complaint and we’re told everyone else was going through the same issues due to covid and that the staff are the best they have. It really does question what you have paid them for. All the chasing and sorting out information we had to do ourselves. Whenever you call for an update or to speak to an advisor they are never available and you have to keep chasing to get a call back. We have been given false hope and information all the way through. We didn’t get a good service at all. These are supposed to be brokers for specialist lenders for people with poor credit. They have made it impossible for us to get a mortgage. We have provided everything required but there’s always something else needed and more money to spend for it to be declined in the end. We get told one thing from Paul and another thing from Emma. Nothing ever adds up. Then they turn the blame on us. We were reassured they would find us a mortgage and after all this time they haven’t. Covid is being blamed on a lot of things. We even had to find a 25% deposit (which is crazy for someone with poor credit) we did find this and yet still can’t secure a mortgage. This has effected our lives and mental health massively. CLS don’t care. They go home to their lives and they still get paid. Absolutely shocking company!!!!I understand we may not have been the most straightforward case but that’s what a specialist lender is for to help you. They have just taken money off us and gave up false hope. We also have hard searches on our credit files now which isn’t going to help our credit. They also appear to remove bad reviews. I’ve left a review before and that has completely disappeared.No one is interested in working with you to find out what has happened and to try and find a solution. This review will probably be ignored and taken down!

Another successful mortgage application with CLS! We've used CLS many times before for buy-to-let mortgages, our main residential mortgage, and to keep us on the best rates. They're always efficient, fast, reliable and able to get a deal even when others might struggle. Highly recommended.
