Another successful mortgage application with CLS! We've used CLS many times before for buy-to-let mortgages, our main residential mortgage, and to keep us on the best rates. They're always efficient, fast, reliable and able to get a deal even when others might struggle. Highly recommended.
Myself and my partner had previously struggled with various mortgage advisors and had been told by one of them that we would not qualify for the mortgage we wanted. After reading the remarkable reviews about CSL money’s services and success rate, we reached out to them. Frankie Butt was amazing and she was more than happy to support us in getting a mortgage. A couple of weeks down the line and we can officially say we have a mortgage with a well established lender! We are absolutely over the moon and cannot thank the staff at CSL enough, especially Frankie Butt and Rachael Marcucci. Amazing experience. Dealt with Abbey and Steve who were incredibly helpful from start to finish. What would otherwise have been a stressful experience was made entirely easy with their help and assistance. Cannot be thankful enough, was not sure if I would be able to get a mortgage but they showed me otherwise. Would highly recommend.

I can’t fault the mortgage application and progression side of things; Amy and Steve were both great. However….that’s where it all went wrong….after completion, we received a phone call from CLS asking to book a telephone appointment with us to offer financial advice re insurance policies. I said I didn’t need one, I was told it was compulsory. Thinking that this was a condition of the mortgage, I agreed and spoke with one of their advisors. Realising it wasn’t a condition of our lender, I left the call as I would review the policies they sent me and let them know if I was interested. Then the stalking began…..I was hounded by Kate Wiseman, who was ringing me 2-3 times a week re purchasing insurance policies. I missed the first few calls but you would think she would get the hint….I then blocked her number only for her to start calling me from different numbers….I emailed our progressor, Amy, told her I wasn’t interested and to ask Kate to stop calling me. I then began to receive emails, demanding I sign a disclaimer. I don’t have a printer at home, so can’t sign it. At no point did I ask for, or agree to financial advice, so why do I have to sign a disclaimer?! I am still receiving emails now….I won’t use this company again due to the post sales issues and them spamming me with calls and emails, which is a shame as I was happy with the mortgage side of things.

Started off great. Friendly consultant. Then, got totally ignored. I'm a South African in the process of immigrating to the UK and found CLS Money as they can assist with foreign mortgages etc. We really want to buy instead of renting! After submitting everything that was requested - I'm now simply ignored. No response at all. Is this the norm? As it happens with estate agents as well. It seems like if you're from South Africa, UK business simply ignore you. Lucky if you even get a response. Very disappointed.

Had to find a new broker due to my previous one being unable to even attain a DIP for me, which resulted in them recommending I find an "adverse credit broker" due to 1 late credit card payment on my credit report. It took CLS a total of 5 working days to get me a mortgage offer with a high street lender, ONLY 5 WORKING DAYS. Fees are quite steep, but more than happy to pay the price for the top tier service we recieved! Massive thank you to Jamie and Rachael who reassured us from the beginning that they'd be able to secure us a mortgage and also for handling the entire process. Great customer service, rapid responses to emails, frequent updates about application via phone calls. 10/10 recommend.
