I recently received my stim hoodie & it was everything I hoped for. Excellent quality & very comfortable. I love the nuances of the design, like the extra big hood & the way it's roomy but proportioned in such a way that it doesn't look too big. Having a choice of stim toy to clip into the pocket was more handy that I anticipated. I wore the hoodie to my local board game cafe & used the toy constantly, without it being noticed. And I appreciated that the stress balls feel solid, so therefore are durable. And - if you'll forgive me for being unapologetically autistic for a moment - they smell wonderful!
Something which for me is equally as important as the quality & design of the hoodie is the customer service. Let's face it, we're all used to indifferent, obstructive 'service' these days - it's something I find highly triggering. The hoodies were delivered late, due to being held at customs. These things happen, it didn't bother me in the slightest & I did not complain. Nevertheless, Liv & the team still sent apologetic emails explaining the situation & keeping her customers updated. She mentioned feeling anxious & stressed about the delay & while I'm sorry she had to go through that, it touched me to hear how much she (& they) cared. They even offered a free baseball cap (unsolicited) which was also excellent quality.
A nice little bonus was that the hoodie came with a QR code to their online community. Their community are exceptionally active & supportive - Club Neuro have clearly drawn in people who share their integrity & positivity.
The team at Club Neuro are absolutely out of this world. They always updated me on my order. When the hoodie and cap arrived, it was so asthetically pleasing with the packaging, and was stimulating to say the least. Both the hoodie and cap were high quality. The hoodie especially is so comfy! Will be ordering from them again for sure.
The hoodie and the caps are amazing quality. The design is so subtle but also so functional. I didn't even realise I was using the stress balls until I was feeling so much more calm. The hoodie has a nice weight to it so you feel supported and the hood is large which I love. I haven't taken the hoodie off since it arrived. The customer service is amazing, they communicated well. This brand is so important and I can't wait to see what else they come up with in the future.

My stim hoodie arrived today and it's wonderful. Just heavy enough to feel weighted without feeling restricting, soft, cosy, and the thumb holes in the sleeves just add that extra touch of comfy. My boyfriend got one too and also loves it - he's a big fan of the stress balls in the cuffs, me less so, so it's really great that you can remove them. Also the colours are gorgeous. Love that this was built by the community and that they really listened to our preferences :)
OMG my hoodie just arrived and it’s so perfect !! It’s the perfect weight to calm you down whilst being easy to move in which is perfect for the gym. I love the fact it doesn’t have a label and the discrete stim toys. Perfect for any student or person wanting to work and stim at the same time !!
Loving the new stim hoodie. It is more than I could ever asked for. The thought that has gone into it makes it a warm safe space to be wrapped up in. Even with the delivery delays which wasn’t club neuros fault it has been worth the wait! Go order yours now!
My hoodie arrived today and it’s perfect! The size of the hood is just right, the feel and the fit is spot on. It’s not too tight around the neck, no itchy labels and the thumb loops and stress ball inserts and fidget toy are great for stimming. I fear this hoodie has ruined all other hoodies for me now! I want one in every colour 😭
