Buyers beware! Nothing but a bunch of sharks! Take your money and when you change your mind within the 7 day cooling off period they won’t give you it back and then tell you your liable for 50% of the cost of your initial cost! Trading standards report incoming!
Please do not give this Company your money. We got a summer room built in 2023, we had many issues during the build, their customer service is non existent and the way they speak to customers and treat them beggars belief. 2 years on, we have problems with the summer room. Many calls have been made, emails sent, recorded delivery letters sent - not even the courtesy of a reply. Sheer arrogance.. Although to be honest, i genuinely didn't expect anything else. Legal route ahead for us..
STAY CLEAR .. Worst company iv ever dealt with. Very efficient at taking your money but any afterwork to be done due to shoddy workmanship then this company turns into the invisible man. So called managers will try and Fob you off with lies as does the staff taking your calls. Nothing good to say about this company and regret ever letting them near the house.
Took 4 months of phone calls, emails and visits to their base in Cambuslang before they finally finished my widows. This company is not interested in you once they have your money. They make appointments with you for workmen to come out but never turn up. Walls were left crumbled, plaster knocked off, facings were not fitted and one widows was cracked on insertion. Finally got some action from them after threatening them with a lawyer. Do not touch this company with a bargepole.
