I had a door &3 windows done in August the 2 guys worked hard but i am afraid they can’t fit windows or doors the glass in my living room had to be changed 4 times before it was satisfactory and i mean satisfactory and no more,the bedroom window was scratched and had to be replaced,they turned up on one of the with all the wrong kit, burst the wall when removing my door, they burst the wall when removing my bedroom window and my door is not installed plumb.I would not recommend this company to anyone they don’t even return calls all they do is tell you somebody will call you back but that never happens,my opinion is they don’t employ any trades people being a tradesmen myself i can see what is right and what is wrong.STAY CLEAR
Wrote a review about this company a while ago, they obviously dont take aby notice of them as the company would try fix the issues. I had a installations managed come out due to my persistance with phoning, he confirmed i require replacements. Several weeks later still having to phone them to chase this up to no avail, they do not care, they do not return calls. Do yourself a favour and less stress get another company do install windows/doors. Or if you do get them do not be forced into signing the satisfaction form as they wont get paid until you are happy.
Very good at the start when they put my doors in but had a problem with one of my doors someone came out to look at it on the 12th Aug and said he would get a part for it i have had to call just about every week to find out whats happing and they are ignoring my emails avoid them if you can.
Clydebuilt fitted a massive (5 metre - 4 panel) patio door/window set for me. Whilst there were one or two minor issues along the way, these were very quickly and efficiently resolved. The whole process from sale to completion was handled very professionally, so much so that I had them make and fit a bathroom window for me additionally. Their fitters arrived at the arranged times and were courteous and left the place spotless. Prices were very competitive too!I would have no hesitation in recommending Clydebuilt Windows and Doors.
