Horrible! Bought the 9.99 package and got 25 free sweeps coins just to get screwed and not one single bonus and very little line hits. Gone in less than 10 minutes betting the absolute minimum. Closed my account so fast. Go play on Stake.us or Richsweeps instead. They at least let you play longer than 10 minutes.

Frustrating Experience with Account Deletion

I requested for my account to be deleted. The welcome offer was only available for one hour. Currently, I only have funds in an account linked to a virtual card, which I couldn't verify, preventing any potential redemption. They keep claiming they are closing or restricting my account, yet it isn't even verified. All I did was register with my phone number, birthday, and email. After noticing the limited time on the welcome offer and inquiring about verifying the virtual card, which was denied, I asked for account deletion. Instead, they just closed it. There's a clear distinction there; they still retain my information. What kind of casino offers a one-hour welcome package? It's absurd, and they won't delete your account because they likely sell your details to others. This has been the worst experience I've had with a sweeps casino. I hope they end up like others that have closed. They all claim you can't delete your account, which is misleading. I would suggest many other casinos, but certainly not this one. I anticipate they will keep sending me promotions. I intended to verify and make a purchase until I realized that without a verified payment method, I wouldn't be able to redeem anything. No one plays with gold coins for enjoyment; despite what they claim, sweeps casinos are indeed real money gambling. It's even worse because they refuse payment if verification isn't possible, yet they fail to communicate this before you make a purchase. If I had bought coins using my virtual card on a payment platform, which oddly doesn't have my name, I would have been unable to redeem and would have effectively lost my money. The gambling commission needs to be alerted about their refusal to delete accounts.
