The best cold tub on the market, this is exactly what I was missing in my fitness routine. I had some inflatable tubs but changing the water every few days became counterproductive. I love my new cold plunge! customer service was exceptional!
Have been requesting a return on my tub and chiller for a week now and have not hear ANYTHING! Ignoring emails, won’t answer phones and straight up won’t accept a return! Don’t waste your money! Had high hopes for this product, but the customer service absolutely ruined it for me!
Top tier cold tub. Quality is awesome and the service is elite, everything you want from a cold tub company. These guys have been around for awhile so they’ve figured out all the kinks and they deliver an excellent product.
I bought this coldture 1 year ago. I have nothing but the most respect for the team at coldture. There product as been everything they have told me and there service is even better. Straight up service and easy to get a hold of. They even answered me after work hours which I dont expect but I found that over the top. I highly recommend this company to people looking to get the best cold plunge in the game.
I would not use this service for their customer service alone. I cannot speak to the quality of the product since after waiting 2 months I have not received it. Initially on their site they said 3-4 week delivery. They did not even provide an update until I sent them a bunch of emails which they initially ignored for a week. When asking to cancel they again just keep ignoring my emails.I'll update this if they send my money back.update: after contacting shopify I was able to get a refund from the seller
