I’m not one to write reviews. I’ve just endured seven weeks of frustration and damage after purchasing Coldture’s $8,000 Pro Cold Plunge for my business. While the design is sleek and minimal, it conceals all tubing and piping, which led to a major leak during the initial fill—before the tub was ever turned on. Over 40 gallons of water flooded my facility, seeping beneath walls and into adjacent massage rooms, completely ruining my beautiful wood floors. My husband spent 6.5 hours cleaning water from the floors, mats, and equipment.We later discovered a broken pipe and reached out to Coldture. While they agreed to send a replacement part, it took three weeks of empty promises and constant follow-ups before it actually shipped. In that time, my business lost significant revenue—the cold plunge was unusable, and multiple rooms had to be closed for repairs. Despite having ample time, Coldture failed to source a technician to install the part and ultimately asked me to find one—which I did in one day.Once installed, we tested the plunge again—only to find it leaking a second time. At that point, we had lost all confidence. The process of coordinating pickup and a refund was yet another ordeal that required me to follow up repeatedly.Throughout this nightmare, I only communicated with one team member, who was apologetic, but the original salesperson who sold me the unit never followed up—not even once. No one from leadership reached out to offer support, compensation, or even a sincere apology.As a business owner, I go above and beyond to resolve even minor issues for my clients. Unfortunately, I did not receive that same care, concern, or professionalism from Coldture. Between the damage, financial losses, and the exhausting customer service experience, I cannot recommend this company—especially if you’re in the U.S. and relying on responsive support.
I rarely leave reviews, but after dealing with Coldture, I feel like I need to warn everyone about this company. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.I suffer from a shoulder injury and go to physio, gym and try all sorts of things to help with this daily pain I suffer from. I saw an ad on Facebook for this cold plunge tub, after doing extensive amounts of research I figured that this cold therapy would be helpful for my injury and Coldture had fantastic marketing so I decided to trust my purchase and support locally. WORST DECISION EVER! The marketing is fake, the prices are unnecessarily inflated for very cheap quality, I waited months to get the tub and then within 2 weeks the chiller was broken. I tried contacting them for weeks to get this fixed since I need it for my injury and spent thousands of dollars on this I expected a lot more. the responses are very generic " we're working on the issue" but then never hear from anybody again until I follow up and again, "working on the issue" I now use ice cubes which is so annoying having to prepare so much just to be able to use this cheap inflatable tub, this very expensive chiller sits there dead to this day. They have no address so I can't even go in to talk to someone, they pushed the "we're working on your issue" till I was past my return policy so I can't even return it now and am out thousands of dollars.If you are thinking of getting a cold plunge, go anywhere but Coldture, save your money and look at their reviews. Don't believe the fake marketing that lured me in, they take your money, send you junk, ignore any complaints or issues then make it impossible for a refund.
The best customer service ever! Coldture has changed my life truly never felt better doing my morning cold plunges! Highly recommend their products and they offer so much amazing information about cold plunging and contrast therapy I’m now excited for the new sauna! Amazing community , and a great Canadian company I’m grateful to support!
Bought the Coldture tub and chiller. After one year the chiller stopped working. Been trying to get ahold of support since they promise a two year warranty. They have been ignoring me and have not been helpful at all. I would stay far away from these guys as you can. They are WAY overpriced too. You can get a similar setup for 1/4th of the price. poor product, with poor support at a premium price. You do the math. NOT worth it at all.
I ordered a cold plunge tub and chiller on December 2nd and after 29 days, the tub arrived and no chiller. Their delivery commitment is 2-10 business days. This company has lied to me about their delivery commitment. I would never deal with them again.

He went above and beyond to help me track down the parts I needed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Jessie’s professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. Thanks to his help, I’ve got everything working perfectly again. Coldture’s customer service, especially Jessie and Josh, were top-notch!
