If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 items in 2 separate orders, and when I returned them, I not only had to pay two $9.95 return fees, but they also did not refund the sales tax on each returned item. I will never shop with them again.

Return authorization granted, but refund issues persist

I received authorization for a return and sent back the items, but a month later, there was still no refund. I contacted customer service, and they manually initiated a refund. After three weeks, I still hadn't seen it. I called again, and a customer service manager processed another refund. Finally, about three weeks later, a refund appeared on my credit card, but it was for less than the full amount. I'm still missing over $100.

Disappointed with return policy

I returned a $120 sweater due to sizing issues and received only $82 back. They deducted a $10 fee and retained the sales tax as well! Additionally, the original shipping cost was $20. I will never shop with this company again, and I believe a formal complaint should be made regarding the questionable practice of holding onto the sales tax during returns.

Placed an order on November 16th with no stock notification.

I ordered an item on November 16th, but there was no indication that it was out of stock. I didn't receive anything nor any updates. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed it was in "high demand" and would ship on February 24. I requested to cancel the order, but they said they couldn't. I would advise against purchasing from this seller.

Frustrating customer service experiences

I have encountered multiple frustrating situations with the customer service. Once, I accidentally placed a duplicate order, and they refused to let me cancel it, despite having just made the order (and the second order was shipped TEN DAYS LATER). Additionally, I received a call stating they were attempting to process a payment for an item I received FOUR months prior because they had "forgotten" to charge me, even though a charge had already cleared my account at the time of the order. They charged my debit card again anyway! Their customer service is outsourced overseas, and they won’t escalate to a supervisor when requested.

This company is utterly deceitful.

This company is utterly deceitful. I ordered a size PM, but they sent me an XL instead. I contacted them immediately to report the error and returned the item right away. During my first call to customer service, the agent assured me of a full refund. I waited two weeks, but nothing happened—no refund at all. I called again, reiterated that I had returned the item due to their mistake, and spoke with a representative who promised me a full refund once more. However, they only refunded a third of my payment, and nothing more. On my third call, I spoke to another representative who confirmed that the warehouse had received my return and assured me of the remaining refund. Yet, after another two weeks, I still received nothing. A business should operate with integrity. They sent the wrong size, kept the returned item, and still refuse to refund my entire payment. This behavior is misleading, and others should be cautioned.

Avoid this seller

Steer clear of this seller. I've tried ordering twice and have learned my lesson. They fail to fulfill orders, ship incomplete packages, and keep you waiting on items they eventually cancel. For instance, I might receive the blouse but never the matching pants. Their fulfillment process is severely lacking. I will not be placing another order.

Absolutely the worst experience

I continue to face issues with this company. After providing them with credit card receipts for the full amount charged and having three refunds processed, they claim they have no proof of receipt for the final item. Just a week ago, a representative confirmed receipt and assured me of my refund. Now, they want me to send the tracking number again. Their system is clearly unreliable if it can't keep track of returned items. I've had to provide multiple pieces of proof, including return receipts and postage costs, which they haven’t offered to reimburse. It’s been three months since I placed my order, and I’m still dealing with this mess.

Disappointing quality

I ordered two sweatshirts for $85 each. After washing them once in cold water, they look faded and worn. There’s no option on their site to leave product reviews, which is a concerning sign.

Caution with their subscriptions

While the clothing may appear nice, I returned my order due to sizing issues. However, I was unexpectedly charged for a loyalty program I did not subscribe to. Their practices seem deceptive. You place an order, and you automatically subscribe. This retailer is not trustworthy.
