Do not buy from this company. They advertise Judy Blue pants. These do not have a tag. Do not have tummy control or anything else that the website states. They ship from China and the only was to get a full refund is to ship back to China and you would loose more shipping them back. Do not buy from them. Buyer beware.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! they also have other companies marketed under different names so please research. I ordered 2 pair of jeans marketed as "judy blue" brand and omg!! Fake, fake, cheap a** fake!! Not even close!! Can't return unless I wanna get stuck paying an inflated rate to ship to their returns dept in CCHINA which they stated had JUST been moved there! And im sure not taking 20% store credit!!!! Just got through winning my case against them through paypal and paypal refunded my money, thank goodness. But please ppl DO. NOT. BUY.
The worst experience I ever had ordering online! DO NOT order from this company! I had read they ensure customer satisfaction, no they don’t. They don’t accept returns even when the product they sent was defective. I ordered “Judy Blue” Jean shorts, they sent cheap jean shorts, poor quality, no button at waist to close. They offered to give me credit to buy something else. No thanks the products are junk. I was told they just relocated their warehouse to China this past month, another lie. I ended up getting 20% back in the purchase price and told I keep your product which is total crap!!!
Can I give 0 stars? I ordered 3 different pairs of advertised "Judy Blue" jeans and received very poor quality knock off products instead. They literally didn't even bother having fake tags that say judy blue on them. For a refund I was offered 20% of my money back but can "keep the pants as a gift" because shipping back to China is costly (despite not receiving what I thought I was ordering) If anyone knows real Judy Blue, they are really nice quality, thick material and stretchy. I have purchased $15 jeggings off of amazon that are nicer than what I received. It also took over a month to receive the package just as an FYI.DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I ordered a pair of red plaid cargo pants that had a zippered pocket. When I received them they were way too small and looked like they would fit a girl not a woman. They also had a weird embroidered flap with holes and no pocket. I emailed them to return them because their return policy said they will accept returns if it was due to their error. I received email responses back not acknowledging that they sent the wrong item. They asked for pictures and I sent them multiple pictures. They would only refund me if I returned the pants to China at my own expense. If I didn't want to do that I could keep the pants and they would give me a partial refund or store credit but those options did not work for me because I received the wrong item. So more emails were sent back and forth and I called and left messages on their voicemail but no call back. I filed a PayPal dispute and I received an email from comfycargopants.com asking me to drop the PayPal dispute because they said I never contacted them about the issue and they sent me the correct item. I also received an email from another person in the company saying they reviewed my claim and were willing to send me another pair of pants. I refused to drop the claim and I also refused to get another pair of pants because they are not a trustworthy company and I bought another pair of pants already for the event I needed them for. Please do not buy from this company because they will send you the wrong item and then give you the runaround when you try to resolve it. Fortunately PayPal decided in my favor and I am getting my money returned. If it wasn't for PayPal I probably would still be fighting the issue with them and most likely would never have received my money back.
Not only are the jeans NOT what they advertised (Judy Blue), I have tried emailing (per their return policy) and the email is returned as not deliverable; I tried the phone number given as well as one somebody listed below--both numbers "not in service". I will never order from this company and will share with anyone I know. (and they have the nerve to keep emailing me with "special offers")
They advertised name brand jeans (Judy Blues) and sent me no name Chinese-made jeans that smell terrible,then refused to give me a US return address and wanted to give me only a 20% refund and they'd let me keep the cheap pants. Dishonest company, doesn't accept returns. Said to return them, I'd have to ship to their China location (for a lot of money)What??? They didn't provide an actual address and it would probably have been a fake address. Very dishonest company! Do not buy from them!!
