Sent my old phone off through compare and recycle on the 8th December, it is now 30th December and haven’t heard a thing. Compare and recycle said they will email the phone shop and that was well over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve basically lost my money I would have got for my iPhone. Ridiculous
I haven't yet received cashback for my phone purchase. I understand this may be due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. I anticipate receiving it shortly, but it is taking longer than the one-day payout timeframe that was originally promised.Still not received payment phone was delivered 27 December today 6 Jan
