Don't be duped by this company. Was quoted £195 for my Samsung galaxy s23 took over a week to get told because ' the phone has minor scratches to the case so isn't in pristine condition' I stated it was in good condition. Because of the minor scratches they reduced the offer by £50 i decided to accept it as I needed money for Christmas. After accepting the offer I was told that the payment would take 7-14 days. It now been 14 days and Christmas eve, still no sign of the money. There are much better companies out there. AVOID this one.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. UR quote you a price for your phone slightly above everybody else’s and then once they receive it they reduce the offer to 50% saying it doesn’t meet the standard. I never said it was perfect. I said it was good condition and according to the description on their website, it met that standard I was given 2 further offers which were nowhere close to the original offer an absolute waste of time.
The price you see is nothing like what you get. My phone was in perfect working order offered me £25 to start with then after 2 more £45. Then was told on 3 December payment was being processed. After four phone calls got paid out on 23 December told them I would have had it back and give it to my grandson.
Honestly, I can’t fault them. The process was straightforward from start to finish, and payment was made promptly once my phone was received. Communication was clear throughout, and everything worked exactly as described. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to others.
