Poor. Still not got my money despite sending my device and agreeing price weeks ago. UR (Provider) have done nothing despite calling twice and promises of the funds and even someone coming back regarding my complaint. Nothing has materialsed. Avoid.Update - Strangely, heard back from UR not long after this response - Only to be told all the reasons why things are going wrong with their service and still no sight or confirmation of when I will get my money. A footnote to anyone using this service - Do not expect to get what you're quoted. I was offered £135 less and one of the excuses was the battery was at 86% and they are unable to sell an item on at anything less that 85%. Should've just bit the bullet and declined
