Been 24 hours and still no car, no return call but now blocked from calling.
Absolutely awful company to deal with. When I booked and paid for my meet and greet from Manchester their system had reset my dates and times without me knowing before check out. I then received as email confirmation with the wrong dates and times. I called them and had them changed only to find out 2 months later that they had not made the changes. Thank goodness I checked or I would have had no parking for my holiday. When I called to confirm the changes again they said they could not help and that I had to call the meet and greet team in Manchester. So I called them and they also very rudely said that they could no do anything. So in the end nobody would help and I lost over £60! I will always go directly to the Manchester parking website from now on!

Secure Meet & Greet – Manchester AirportWe used this service for our trip from Manchester to Gdańsk (31.01–02.02 return) and it was excellent. Even though we flew out from one terminal and returned to another, everything was handled perfectly. The driver was at the meeting point on departure — very fast, polite, and extremely professional. On return, the car was ready without any delay. Smooth, stress-free, and very secure service. Highly recommended.
booked meet and greet at Gatwick airport,(fly away parking gatwick provided by IPARK) through compare parking deals. Dropping off was fine. but on return from our holiday, i called the required number once through passport control for our meet and greet service, waited a total of 1 hr 40 mins stood in the cold to get our car!!. after several phone calls, firstly being told its on its way, then there's a shortage of drivers and they could pick us up and take us to the car, to 20mins later still nothing, and a promise of a call back to let us know what was going on, which didn't happen either. a very stressful return from a lovely holiday.
