If I could rate Uber 0 stars I would !!!! I’m a pissed customer!!!! Last year I got my pace ada voucher because I have an intellectual disability and for awhile Uber service would fix my rides and say my pace Ada voucher should have indeed applied !!!! Now they are causing me grief and I hate Uber!!! This situation causes me stress anxiety and depression!!!!!! Uber is causing me grief 😡😡😡😥😥😥😥😥😥they robbing a disabled person !!!!

Paypal problems

changed phone number and forgot to change on paypal and the only way you can login is by getting a confirmation number by text .contacted playpal twice in 2 days and they say they cant change number as they have had a problem for a short time how on earth a massive firm like this cant manuslly change my number after the agent confirmed my credentials is beyond me

Never trust Uber with ANY credit card infoShocking experience! User-unfriendly app as well. After several attempts to arrange a ride with a few pick-ups, which they call 'stops', uber would not confirm the final ride, just kept showing the map. Chatbot demands a so-called refundable payment fee to even talk to a technical bot, then rejected 2 credit cards but still then wanted to take R850 from my one account. I had to rush to block my card to urgently stop the payment and call the other bank too. What a total nightmare and NO ONE to talk to or help at uber. Don't trust them with ANY credit card details. I always pay cash but this was an exception as I needed help to cancel but I got NO help, loads of stress, no ride (I finally managed to cancel it as it was wrong anyway) and 2 hours of time calling banks etc to stop them taking money from me which I did not owe. No customer care at all, a rip-off.

I want my money back

I tried to make a reservation on booking.com but there was a problem with your system and the reservation wasn't completed. However, the amount of £359.18 was deducted from my account on August 28. I’m going to travel and I need my money back. This is turned a nightmare because my reservation didn’t go through and my money was taken from my bank account. This is a irresponsible situation. How can you get my money and you don’t have the product available anymore and you don’t give the money back? I need to pay my bills. I already called, wrote for booking and they send me everyday the same message. This is a completely disrespectful situation with the costumer. GetTransfer refund problem

The company GetTransfer doesnt refund me a service wich was canceled by the driver. Im into complaints, emails, Instagram messages over 3 months and they only talk, promisse deposit but nothing. Is the WORST company I never seen. This is my firt complaint in all life, and Im 53y.o. using online services over than 15 years.

I paid EconomyBookings last year for a car rental.Instead of issuing a refund when the service was not provided, the company forced the amount into their internal wallet without my approval.This year (August 2025), when I tried to use that wallet to pick up a car in Marrakech, the rental partner (Flexways) refused my valid Bank of America credit card due to their machine error, and the vehicle they presented was damaged and without AC.Because of this, I could not receive the service at all.EconomyBookings is refusing to refund me and is keeping my money locked in their wallet.

Bought a membership for my grandson and…

Bought a membership for my grandson and booked a tee time. Showed up and was told I owed them 25 dollars to watch him play. Have played several rounds where I watched and was never told that. Busy season and they're taking advantage of it. It's hard enough to afford the sport. They have no interest in taking care of loyal customers.
